I’m Carlin Hafiz—Certified Professional Life Coach, Women’s Wellness Advocate, and founder of Evolve & Become Solutions. I created this space for women ready to live with intention, clarity, and purpose.
My journey into this work was shaped by transformation—both personal and professional. As a two-time Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) survivor, I know firsthand what it means to have your life pause, shift, and be forced to rebuild from within. The healing process changed me. It taught me to listen to my body, honor my spirit, and choose connection over perfection. That awakening became the foundation of my work.
Alongside my healing journey, I bring over 15 years of leadership and service in the federal government, where I’ve worked in community engagement, crisis response, and equity-centered initiatives. That experience taught me structure, accountability, and the power of systems—but it was my lived experience that taught me compassion, resilience, and the importance of soulful work.
